Engine Design
We use state of the art software to assist us in all engine design, so that we have a good idea what an engine will do before it is ever fired up. We also can custom design an engine with a specific purpose, to specific cubic inch, RPM range, rule book, etc. We hand tune each part so that the parts all work together to maximum efficiency.

Engine Assembly
We assemble race engines using tolerances no less than 4 decimal places.

Domestic and Import Cylinder Head and Intake Porting
Our cylinder heads and intakes are all custom ported based on application, cubic inch, and carburetor size.

We CNC port and hand finish our cylinder heads, Intake manifolds, Carbs and throttle bodies to Maximize every custom engine to ensure maximum performance and efficiency based on our customer’s requirements.

We can fix most any kind of cylinder head damage to better than before condition.

 

Cam Shaft Design
Our custom cams are designed to maximize cylinder head flow, and to make maximum horsepower without getting way too large. This is a critical part of our expertise.

Valve Design and Seat Angles
We have discovered many horsepower and torque benefits and increased cylinder head flow numbers by using multiple angles on our custom valve and seat designs. These angles are critical in all racing engines, naturally aspirated or blown.

Flowbench Testing
All CNC or head porters are not created equal!! Our state of the art software allows us to find the right flow and air speed combinations in the head runners, as well as optimizing valve and seat design. Big heads are not better and our flow bench gives us volume and air speed numbers to help us remove metal in the correct spots.

We extensively test engines during the off season to make sure we are on top of our game. We want our customers to be excited about doing business with us and even more excited about the service and product he or she receives from us.

Engine Testing

Engine Dynomometer
Our Dyno allows us to properly tune the timing, cam shaft, valve lash, air/fuel ratio, pan vacuum, oil pressure, and much more. This is a vital part of any properly built racing engine. ALL RACE ENGINES ARE DYNO TESTED BEFORE SHIPPING.
